Giovanni Forace has 25 years of experience in financial, strategic, and operational restructuring projects. Throughout his career, he has excelled in defining, negotiating, and implementing structural solutions for companies facing financial difficulties.

He began his professional career in turnaround projects shortly after graduating from college, leading operational transformation initiatives and mergers and acquisitions across a variety of sectors. He then joined the strategic consulting firm Monitor Company in Boston, where he coordinated corporate transformation projects in North America, Europe, and South Africa, and worked in investment banking at Salomon Smith Barney in New York. He subsequently held C-level leadership positions at major Brazilian companies and became an active member of boards of directors.

In 2013, he co-founded RK Partners, where he remains a partner. Giovanni holds a civil engineering degree from the Escola Politécnica of the University of São Paulo and an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business.
