Ricardo Knoepfelmacher

Ricardo Knoepfelmacher has 25 years of experience in operational and financial restructuring as an executive, consultant and Board Member.

During his career, he worked at Citigroup, Nutrimental Group and McKinsey & Co. until he set up his own company, MGDK & Associados, which specialized in restructuring and was later sold to Monitor Company. During this period, he worked in several efficiency gain, investment appraisal and M&A projects in companies including Elevadores Atlas (Atlas-Schindler), Acesita and Abril. MDGK also worked on interim management projects and he was Caloi’s CEO for two years, carrying out operational and financial restructuring.

He was also a partner at Monitor Company, which he left to become CEO of Pegasus Telecom, which was subsequently sold to the Telemar Group (currently Oi).

After the sale of Pegasus, he founded Angra Partners and worked in major projects, such as the restructuring and sale of Brasil Ferrovias and Brenco, among others. After Angra, he took over Fundo Investidores Institucionais, Mr. Knoepfelmacher was appointed CEO of Brasil Telecom, where he implemented a robust restructuring project that led to the company’s sale to the Telemar/Oi Group. After the end of the Brasil Telecom project, he participated in several restructuring projects through Angra, now RK Partners.

He holds a master’s degree in International Management from Thunderbird School and graduated in Economics from the University of Brasília (UnB).

Adriano Sebusiani has 14 years of experience in operational and financial restructuring, interim management, M&A and investment management

He worked at Booz & Company, Vivo, Rabobank, GPS and Angra Partners. He participated in several advisory and interim management projects in the logistics, energy, sugar and ethanol, telecom, IT, textile and mining sectors, among others. As a Director at Angra Partners, he led complex financial and operational restructuring processes and participated in the investment management team.

He graduated in Production Engineering from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo and attended part of his course at École Nationale Superieure d’Arts et Métiers (France).

Bruno Baiocchi has experience in Court Supervised Reorganization, corporate, tax, operational and financial restructuring projects, as well as organization and management of legal departments.

Before joining RK Partners, he was the head of the legal department of OSX Brasil, head of the tax department of Kincaid Law Office. He also worked at Pinheiro Neto Advogados, PwC and Vale.

Bruno Baiocchi is a Lawyer, graduated from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro.

Giovanni Forace has international experience in management, development and implementation of strategic, operational and organizational transformation projects. With over 20 years of experience, he has held senior executive positions in large corporations and was also a member of diverse companies´ Board Committees and Board of Directors. His experience in restructuring activities began at MGDK & Associados, where he led several transformational and M&A projects in the communications, textile and transport sectors. He then joined Monitor Group where he led strategy projects in Brazil, Europe, South Africa and the United States. He also worked in investment banking in New York/USA.

Before joining RK Partners (formerly Angra), he was Vice-President of Business Development at Andrade Gutierrez S.A., being responsible for the Group’s growth strategies through prospection, structuring and negotiation of assets in various sectors in Brazil and abroad such as defense, O&G, mining and engineering. He was also an executive officer at Oi Telecom where he was in charge of the business unit responsible for corporate and government clients, and at Brasil Telecom where he was part of the C-suite team responsible for the company’s restructuring resulting in substantial improvements in its operating and financial results.

Mr. Foragi holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the Escola Politécnica da Universidade de São Paulo and an MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business.

Mark Minowa has experience in operational and financial restructuring, M&A and private equity.

Before joining RK Partners, he worked at Citibank, CSN, GPS/Pulsar and Angra Partners. He worked in several financial advisory and private equity fund management cases in the steel, mining, agribusiness, logistics and oil & gas sectors, among others.

He graduated in Production Engineering from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo.
